Our Centennial, July 2, 3, 4, 2010
Remember When in 2010

A Blend of Old and New Froid Centennial van pulls into town.

Froid 1910
On July 4, 1910 Froid held its first celebration as an official town. The day began with a speech and ended with a dance in the hardware store. The early settlers had reason to celebrate. Despite all odds they had become a vibrant community and built a thriving town on Montana’s high prairies. That spirit is alive and well today, moving Froid forward and continuing the legacy.

Froid 2010
In 2010 on the July 4th weekend, Froid celebrates a landmark anniversary--- the 100th year since the town’s founding. Froid’s sons and daughters, extended family, friends, and fans are warmly invited to “come home” to Froid.

Visit old friends, renew family ties, and be part of a proud history still being made. The Centennial Committee has planned a weekend packed with a variety of events for every age and interest. The All School Reunion promises to be an unforgettable event as Froid School Alumni join with classmates and teachers to celebrate the people, place, and shared memories that shaped their lives.
